Our stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The proximity to the airport made it convenient for us. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that our child enjoyed along with the provided cot. The air conditioner worked quietly, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Check-in was smooth - we got exactly what we booked and with the chosen preferences (a non-smoking room etc.). The staff is amazing, everybody is helpful. They helped us with the bags when we arrived and when we left. The room is very comfortable, with an additional sofa to relax. It was also very quiet in the room, there was no outside noise or any noise from the hotel. The location of the hotel is just perfect- a shopping mall and many restaurants, and also quite close to the airport.

Excellent hotel - very nice rooms, comfortable bed, very nice and professional staff, excellent location (hotel connected with Mall which has everything - McD, Starbucks, KFC, Subway, Pizza hut, J.Co, Donkin Donats, and much more restaurants an shops). 2 pools - 1 for kids and 1 big, playground for kids. 30 minutes from the airport with the car. Late check out with minimal extra paymant. Generally, it is an excellent place to stay, and it is definitely my first choice to stay whenever I am in Tangerang waiting for flight.

I thank the staff of the Novotel hotel team when they dealt with my case professionally and took me to the emergency hospital for free, and brought me my necessary things to the hospital, and reassured me of my health as if I was among my family, and they arranged my bags and put them in the safes I would like to thank everyone here, especially Ade, Aries and Jehan Abdullah

Location,if you no need to in central Jakarta and have thing to do on west JKT ,Tangerang is good location, hotel above area of department store easy to eat and have minimart next to that area, staff is nice,room ok

Breakfast range and quality was superb. Great location next to a large shopping mall. About 30 minutes from the airport. A Grab cost between £3 and £7 to get to and from the airport. Quiet rooms. Allowed us to stay in our room until 1pm.

The pool area is great to relax . There is a pool for kids. Nice view from the room . Comfortable beds and very nice front desk people and FnB. Super helpful and kind
